Landmark Sabbour Developments (LMD) was established in 2007 as an Egyptian real estate development company. 

It follows a vision focused on creating modern residential and commercial concepts that combine contemporary design, quality construction, and sustainability.

The company is led by Engineer Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Co-Founder, alongside Engineer Amr Sultan, Founder and CEO.

Who Owns Landmark Developments?

Engineer Ahmed Sabbour is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Landmark Sabbour Developments. 

The company was established in partnership with Engineer Amr Sultan, who serves as Founder and CEO and has more than 27 years of experience in real estate management and development.

The company’s leadership structure also includes Dr. Tamer Erfan as a Board Member and Mohamed Abdel Moneim as a Board Member and CFO, bringing together expertise in real estate, investment, and financial management.
