 Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead located in Al Manşūrah. The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor the team, and ensure the successful completion of brokerage transactions. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, leading commercial real estate projects, and fostering team collaboration and efficiency.

 Qualifications
Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership in real estate
Previous experience in real estate minimum 4-5 years
Good sales skills Consulting , Communication and presentation skills
Excellent Brokerage skills, negotiation skills and professional in closing deals
Expertise in Commercial Real Estate
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Experience in new cities market and the local real estate market is a plus
